If you have forgotten your password for the site, you may reset your password using the reset password utility built into the website. Just click on the link below and you can reset your password.

I have completed the video, quiz and printed my certificate. Why doesn’t my course show completion of the video?
The courseware is not automatically aware of video completion, there is a button you may click to mark it as completed. Marking completion will not affect your certificates or quizzes. It is only for your personal records. Here is where the Mark Complete button is located on the video lesson page.

I have completed the video and quiz, but didn’t print my certificate. How do I access my certificate now?
Your certificate(s) may be accessed on your user profile page. Access your profile then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to print your certificate. (User Profile Link: https://mnps.safeteachers.com/LMS/wp-admin/profile.php)
