SafeTeachers.com was developed in 2012 by Brooks School Safety Group, a leading risk management consulting firm that was established in 2004. The Brooks School Safety Group, which is based in Nashville, TN, has been responsible for overseeing training for more than 100 school systems in Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia. Since our foundation in 2004, we have taken more than 100,000 school personnel through our safety training. We are dedicated to providing safe and secure educational environments for teachers and the students they educate every day.
When it comes to safety, injury and medical loss, you have a decision to make: You can hope and pray things are going to get better and people won’t get hurt, or you can be proactive and choose to get your teachers trained in safety to prevent loss.
This safety training certainly opened my eyes to things I can watch out for and I’m more aware of my surroundings now. The sessions were informative and I could do them at my own pace, at my own convenience, and even on my iPad.
